At Hand Craft Of India, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted clay products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged clay products (unless received defective)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Certain personal care items (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Products
As our products are fragile and handcrafted, slight variations are natural. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
